Program Definition

The French and Fun program includes all organised activities, such as games, group activities, sports, cooking classes, and arts and crafts sessions 

 

Fee Payment and Refund Policy

• All fees must be paid online in full before the start of each term.
• As a small organisation, we are unable to offer refunds for changes of mind or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Photography

• From time to time, your child may be photographed or videoed while participating in the French and Fun program. These images or videos may be shared with parents via social media platforms to showcase what their children are doing, as well as used for promotional purposes on the French and Fun website and marketing materials.
• By enrolling your child in the French and Fun program, you consent to the use of your child’s image or video for promotional purposes by French and Fun, including sharing these photos or videos with parents through platforms such as social media.

• To ensure everyone’s privacy, we kindly ask that parents refrain from taking photos or videos of other children in the class without first obtaining permission from the relevant parent or guardian.

 

Food and Drink Policy

• We kindly ask parents to provide food and a drink for their child for each session.
• We are a nut-free centre. If any nut products are included in your child’s lunch, we will need to remove and dispose of them to ensure the safety of all children

 

Parent Participation

French and Fun is designed as an independent participation program, so parents do not need to stay during the sessions. This approach helps children build confidence, develop social skills, and foster independence in a supportive environment.

 

Participation in the French and Fun Program

By enrolling your child in our program, you acknowledge and accept that participation involves engaging in various activities. While we prioritise safety and take all reasonable precautions to create a safe and enjoyable experience for kids, occasional minor incidents, such as slips or falls, may occur as part of active participation.

• Limited Liability: French and Fun is not responsible for any claims arising from or connected with your child’s participation in the program, except where required by law.
• Indemnity: To the extent permitted by law, you agree to support and protect French and Fun against any claims related to the program.

 

Health and Safety

Please ensure that you inform the French and Fun team about any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or disorders that may affect your child’s participation. Additionally, if necessary, please provide any required medication and an action plan
