Les Petits

For kids aged 3-5 years old

Through playful exploration, they discover the French language and culture while developing their motor skills, creativity, and social skills.

In a spacious hall, complemented by a beautiful garden and playground, it’s the perfect place for your kid! As parent, you’ll also enjoy convenient parking near the vibrant cafes and shops of Chapel Street.

Here's an overview of what 'Les Petits' explore in the French language:

Basic Vocabulary

Kids learn essential words and phrases, including greetings, colours, numbers, days of the week, months, animals, and everyday objects.

Simple Phrases

They discover how to introduce themselves, ask simple questions, and express their preferences in French.

Music

Learning French songs for children to help reinforce vocabulary and improve pronunciation.

Cultural Themes

Kids are introduced to French culture, including French food, art, famous artists, and cultural symbols.

Common Expressions

They learn useful expressions for everyday situations, such as “Where is…?” or “I want…”

Practical Activities

Interactive role-playing & scenarios allow kids to practice French in familiar contexts, like having family lunch, making learning both fun & practical.

Activity programs

At French and Fun, kids are busy with:

  • Ball & Sports Games:

Simple sports activities that encourage teamwork, with French vocabulary introduced for actions and body parts involved in the games.

  • Team Games:

Relay races, capture the flag, dodgeball, and more – encouraging collaboration while incorporating French terms.

  • Art Workshops:

Discovering French painters, craft, and create their own artwork, while learning related French vocabulary.

  • Creative and construction games: 


Using play-doh, Lego, and  other materials, kids work together to build creations, like a giant Eiffel Tower or the Arc de Triomphe- all while learning French through hands-on play.

  • Obstacle Courses:

Fun physical activities with instructions given in French to help reinforce language learning.

  • Songs and Dances:

Integrating French songs with dance moves to help children learn new vocabulary in an engaging and energetic way.
